DTF Gang Sheet Size Guide & Prices
All of our custom DTF gang sheets are 22.5 inches wide. You pick the length, fill it with as many designs as fit, and we print and ship it in 1–2 business days. There's no minimum — you can order a single 22.5" x 12" sheet.

Common design sizes
- Adult full front: about 10"–12" wide
- Youth full front: about 8"–9" wide
- Left chest / pocket logo: about 3"–4" wide
- Hat or sleeve: about 2.5"–4" wide
- Full back: about 11"–13" wide
How many designs fit on a sheet?
Rough counts with a little spacing between designs:
- 22.5 x 24 — about 4 designs at 10"x10", or about 30 left-chest logos at 3.5"x3.5"
- 22.5 x 60 — about 10 designs at 10"x10", or about 75 left-chest logos
- 22.5 x 120 — about 20 designs at 10"x10", or about 150 left-chest logos
Mixing full fronts and small logos on the same sheet is the cheapest way to get both.
Only need a few prints?
Order single DTF transfers by size instead — any size from 2"x2" to 22"x120". Sizes 8"x8" and up have no minimum; the smallest sizes have a small minimum quantity.
File tips
- Use a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at the size you want printed.
- Leave about 0.25"–0.5" between designs so they're easy to cut apart.
